    • 1 piglet feeds how many people?

    Our piglets feed on average between 10 and 12 people
    ½ piglet feeds between 5 and 6 people
    ¼ of a pig between 2 to 3 people

    • How far in advance should I order?

    Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance for Suckling Pig, Frango do Campo, Entremeada and Sirloin.
    And 48 hours before for Cabrito and Borrego.

    • I have a baking tray with me, how can I return it?

    You can make a return on your next purchase, or go to our store in Estrada vale de mulattas, present your receipt to return the deposited amount.

    • If I order the carved suckling pig, is there a cost?

    It is our courtesy to carve the piglets, so there will be no associated cost.

    • What are the home delivery times?

    Our home delivery times are:
    Morning delivery 9:00am and 11:30am are the piglets that leave in the batch at 8:00am
    Lunch delivery – 11:45am and 1:30pm are the piglets that come out in the batch at 11:00am in the morning
    Dinner delivery – 6:45 pm and at 8:30 pm the piglets come out in the batch at 6:00 pm

    Within these time orders, we deliver to your home, we do not guarantee a specific time.

    Sunday - our opening times are only until lunchtime.

    • What are the store collection times?

    For in-store collections, you can do so from 8:00 am until 8:00 pm, depending on the time you want to collect it, we put it in the batches we have.

    Sunday - our opening times are only until 1pm.

    • I placed an order and did not receive an SMS confirming my order.

    When we register the order, customers receive a confirmation SMS with the order placed and the time.
    If you do not receive the SMS, please contact our telephone line 265 544 090 (Call cost to national fixed network) .

    • I placed an order for Christmas/New Year/Easter. Do you make home deliveries? Do you carve the piglet?

    On these specific dates we do not make home deliveries, we deliver to various meeting points from Montijo, Moita, Quinta do Conde, Almada, Seixal, Barreiro, Odivelas, Cascais, Oeiras and Lisbon, orders must be settled in advance.     • Do you carve the suckling pig during festival times?

    On the dates mentioned, we do not carve the piglets or any other product.

    • In which areas do they deliver?

    We deliver to: Setúbal, Palmela, Barreiro, Seixal, Sesimbra, Quinta do Conde, Montijo, Pegões, Greater Lisbon, Oeiras, Cascais, Odivelas, Loures.

     

    • I placed an order in the online store, how do I know if they received it?

    When we register your order, the customer receives a message saying that their order has been processed.

    • Can I collect the order at the O Bacorinho store?

    Yes, you can place your order online and collect it at the O Bacorinho store, in Setúbal.
    This option is free and will be available in the Shopping Cart, after confirming the items to order and your personal data.

    • Can the order be delivered to my home?

      It depends on the area where you live. At the moment Bacorinho only makes home deliveries in the Setúbal and Lisbon areas.
      By entering your delivery postcode you will be shown the available delivery methods.
      The delivery cost has a fixed value of €8.50 in the Setúbal area and €10.50 in the Lisbon area.

      • Can I make payment upon delivery?

        No. However, we offer different and secure payment types.

        • How long does it take to receive my order?

        If you place your order before 11am, it can be delivered from 7pm on the same day.
        Orders placed after 11am will be delivered the next day at the desired time.
        In the Shopping Cart, after confirming the items to order and your personal data, you will have to select the desired day and time for delivery.

        • Can I change my order?
